Steps to mend errors with apps from Microsoft App Store

Ensure the compatibility of the app with Windows 10:

  1. To make the programs compatible, you can use “Program Compatibility Troubleshooter”.
  2. Try to install new drivers.
  3. Try to uninstall and reinstall the app that is causing a problem.

Ensure that you are using the Updated version of Microsoft Store:

  1. Tap on the “Microsoft Store” icon.
  2. Tap on the “See More” option and then tap “Downloads and updates” followed by “Get Updates”
  3. The update process will start automatically if there is an update available.
